Our Tree Service Process

Relax, you’re in good hands! We’re here to make your tree removal or trimming experience as smooth as possible, focusing on safety and efficiency every step of the way.

With years of expertise in the field, we’ve developed a comprehensive approach that covers everything from the initial assessment to the final clean-up. Our goal is to offer you a straightforward and effective tree care experience from start to finish.

Easy Steps

In Person Estimate

We offer complementary in-person estimates. Your project starts here! This is the time to ask your estimator as many of your questions as you can remember. We recommend having all decision makers present for this evaluation. It helps all parties be on the same page. Remember this is more than just a meeting about price. You are interviewing us for a job that you are offering. Be prepared and have your hiring team present.

Quote

At this point we have walked through your project and discussed all project needs, all of its nuances and intricacies. For non-emergency projects you will be given an estimate of costs followed by a written proposal that is typically emailed to you right away.

Schedule Project

Once you have accepted your proposal, our administrative team will reach out in a few days following your acceptance of the proposal with a service date. A week prior to your service date, you will receive a reminder and details regarding your upcoming services.

Work Day

Your scheduled service date has arrived. The team will arrive onsite and huddle up to review the work order. The team will be walking through the site and identifying all noted action items, as well as any safety hazards or site specific actions that need to be taken care of. Once this is completed the crew will get started on your project.

Easy Invoicing

Your project is completed, the team will collect your payment on site before they leave, or they will arrange for an invoice to be emailed promptly to you that will have an easy link available for you to pay using your debit or credit card. Payment is due at time of service. We do not bill.

This is the third time that I have used Nunnallys Tree Service to remove tree limbs that had been hit by lightning. I called after hours and left a routine voicemail. My call was returned the following morning and they were out one day later to clear up my big mess. Doesn't matter which one of Tim's crews comes out to your house. They are the most hard-working, conscientious, professional & kind people you could hope for. Everything was carted off and my backyard was clean as a whistle. Everything they moved got moved back, and no damage was encountered as a result of this work. They will get called anytime I've got a problem with my trees. Hands down they are the most reliable and helpful company out there.

Nunnally’s has helped us out numerous times with our trees. Tim is an outstanding professional with tons of tree experience and every one of his crew was fabulous. They were all professional, friendly, and you could tell that they work as a well-oiled machine together. They genuinely love what they do as they cheered and did high-fives to each other when a tree was brought down. They didn’t miss the mark in dropping the huge branches and trunks. They were meticulous about every aspect of the job in taking down three enormous trees through the cleanup. You won’t be disappointed with Tim and his crew. They are all incredibly skilled in their craft.

A trained, knowledgeable botanist that's not afraid to get his hands dirty with his crew in order to get a job done expediently and thoroughly… Tim & Co. have done two jobs for us, not the least of which was the removal of four gigantic diseased conifers in our backyard, followed by stump grinding to make sure all was disposed of with great clean-up afterwards. Friendly conscientious crew, reasonably priced… highly recommended!

I moved into a home where the previous owner left ALOT of stumps all over the yard. Got up with Mr. Nunnally and he scheduled his crew to come out and take care of the job. They were on time, courteous, very professional and safety conscious. They walked around with me and got the scope of the job and got right to work! I even requested on the fly for them to lay a tree down for me and it was no problem they quickly took care of it. Can’t rave enough about the Nunnally’s Tree Service! They have a great team of folks to make sure you’re satisfied with the work performed! Highly HIGHLY Recommend them for all your tree needs! I will forever call upon this company for my future tree issues!
